I thrifted these two candle holders and while the style is okay I felt like they needed to be painted to give them a little more life!

I purchased these wood rounds at Hobby Lobby to glue them to the top of the candle holder.

Then, I knew I wanted to set a glass cloche on top to complete the overall look!

I applied Gorilla Glue to the top of the candle holders so that I could glue the wood round to the top.

Then, I grabbed Fusion Mineral Paint in the color Wellington because this color is absolutely gorgeous!
This color was a part of my Colors of the Month club in September so many of you already have this paint on hand. If you do not, you can still purchase it on my website!

I used my STAALMEESTER Pointed Sash Brush to paint both candle holders with 2 coats of paint.

Once the paint dried, I styled these adorable white ceramic deer and placed them on top under the glass cloche.
This is such an easy thrift flip – just a little paint and they’re good as new! What do you think?
